God creates every human different from each other according to mind ,behaviour,looks,health,creativity and all other feature's not every one can become Albert Einstein and Not everyone can become a comman man.
Special Children are those which are gifted by a Unique Talent but are disabled by some feature like cant speak,cant walk, or abnormal behaviour ,lack of Confidence .
The Awareness of Special Children is low every one cant find the talent in them and even everyone dont let them to study but in my views every single child has the right to study no matter normal or abnormal if these children are provide by Special Education in good Institutes they will become self-depended and will do everything equal to an normal child .
In my Views they shouldn't be ignored and provide by good guidance and education so they can prove the World that they are not depended on them.And by there skills world can also get benefit of new inventions,idea and creativity . These Special Minds can work 10% better then a normal mind not everyone knows its value.
If these child are provide by early childhood education they can become better and stronger in there future but if they are ignored they will become depended to there loved one or guidance .If World need to become powerful and upgraded they should learn to value these talented minds to gain advantage of these mind and learn new Concepts from it.
Psychologist are the one's who cares for such mind and knows the values of such talent and children's if my message become clear to every single human of the world they will start respecting this concept with a great logic beyond it.Education System should also notice this fact and run campaign for betterment of special education for special children . Education Portals should spread my message to the entire world so education system introduces free education for such child through out the World
