The value Of bOoks

Books...!! Hmm sounds very boring topic? Hahn...!! But wait for a minute, do you know? Wise people say: Books are your friends.
If books are boring then how come they are your friend? Because friends never let you get bored or let you be alone.
There are many types of books like story books, school books, informative books, historical books, comic books, novels and so on.
Now just look up on the books list I have just mentioned and think that they are your friends. Now you are going to ask a question: How??
Oh! Wait I am explaining...
A book is a set or collection of written, printed, illustrated, or blank sheets, made of paper, parchment, or other various material, usually fastened together to hinge at one side. A single sheet within a book is called a leaf, and each side of a leaf is called a page. A book produced in electronic format is known as an electronic book (e-book).
Books may also refer to works of literature, or a main division of such a work. In library and information science, a book is called a monograph, to distinguish it from serial periodicals such as magazines, journals or newspapers. The body of all written works including books is literature. In novels and sometimes other types of books (for example, biographies), a book may be divided into several large sections, also called books (Book 1, Book 2, Book 3, and so on.). A lover of books is usually referred to as a bibliophile, a bibliophilist, or a philobiblist, or, more informally, a bookworm.
Look may be you got many friends some are talkative, some are funny, some got so much knowledge about things. So they all different, but they are your friends. Am I right...??
Hmm!! Now you are taking my point. Just like that books can be your friend too, because informative books provide you knowledge about things like encyclopedia.
Books got a magic world inside them.
"If you want the deep experience of a book, if you want to internalise it, to mix an author's ideas with your own and make it a more personal experience, you have to read it slowly," says Ottawa-based John Miedema, author of Slow Reading (2009).
I traveled the whole world by just reading many books of geografy. I know the past from history books. I can create my own fairy world by reading the fairy tales.
Books give you wisdom power of mind and knowledge. So make a habbit of reading books...
